Summer Fun with the SON
This summer will be a very exciting season for us with the Youth Ministry Program. We have been planning a lot of summer activities so that we can experience "The Son" as well as community!
We are also working on different workshops to have this summer and throughout the year. Here are just a few..... Females in Faith- a faith night combined with facials, feet and fingernails! Guys Geekin out with God- a faith night for guys to work on computer, gaming and more!, Barista and the bible, Running camps, Bible Study, Dance and art class, photography, youth & yoga, holy hikes and bike rides and bibles! Check out the dates on the calendar as it gets closer. Don't forget to fill out the "Opportununity for Involvment" form that will come in your registration packet!
This is just the beginning of many new things for the Youth Ministry program, our goal is to have something for everyone!

Junior High Summer Camp!
Come hear the "JOYFUL NOISE" at Camp Perkins this August 4-8th. You will enjoy all sorts of summer camping activities infused with faith! Registration forms are due no later than May 16th. Camp fee is $230. funds are due by Aug. 1st. Look for great opportunities to earn coupons for camp to lessen the cost! Make sure you get the forms from Cindy ASAP so that you can get on the list right away - it fills up fast!!!!

Hey Youth Group!
We are having a LOGO Contest for the 2008/2009 Youth Ministry Year. We would like you all to join in in creating a LOGO for the Youth Ministry Program that we could use on all our paperwork, T-shirts and have a banner made for the youth room. Anyone involved in the youth ministry program and/or is 7-12th grade may be eligible. Please send your art work to Cindy at the church office no later than midnight on June 1st. All contestants will be awarded prizes for particiapation. Winner will receive a gift certificate to their choice and koodos for being the designer of our awesome LOGO for the year. We will have a pannel of Core Members, Priest and Community members to vote for best LOGO. Good Luck and Get Busy!!!

Special thanks to the Knight's of Columbus for sponsoring our team this year. They have invited all the players to the Pancake breakfast this Sunday to present them with their award and treat them to breakfast. Yummy!
